'Bug' issue type is using for issues or bugs from Production server. For all other issues that QA team found on test servers need to use 'Task' issue type.

Create Bug

Bug description template (to be filled out by the reporter):

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Step 1

  2. Step 2

  3. Step …

Actual result:
Expected result:

(If bug relates to UI it has to have attached screenshot with visible UI issue.)

Also reporter has to define ‘Fix version', and link ‘Bug’ with parent issue (if available) with link type 'Caused by’.

Close Bug

After Bug fix developer has to define ‘Affected version’ and fill out ‘Cause' field under description.

Affected version: is CCP/WA version where Bug was occurred

Cause: Describe the cause of bug

Then change status to 'Complete. Waiting for review’.
