How re-activate a "suspended" account.

To search suspended/inactive users, use the Inactive Users tab located in the CRM Module of the CCP.

To Activate or to see the reason for the suspension, please follow below instructions.

 -> Search the member's account in the Inactive Users tab 
 -> Go to the member's profile
 -> Click edit and scroll down to the active/inactive switch
Here you can activate and deactivate the account and the reason for the suspension.

   To activate the account
 -> Choose "Yes" 
 -> Click "Save"
