To update member’s profile information press the button called something like “Update Member”. After searching for the member's account you can select the account that you are looking for. For more information on this process please see this FAQ: Member Lookup
After selecting the member, their current profile information will appear on the screen. To navigate use “Enter/Yes” button to move to the next field or “Clear/No” button to move to the previous field. You can update all of the data that you would like and then click the "Save" button to bring you to the last step.
From this screen, you can select "Add Lty Cards".
Then manually enter or swipe the card number and click enter.
From here you can click "Done" to complete the process.
After updating the profile, a receipt will print out on the workstation.
