How to use the Delivery Support System

This article will show you how to use the Driver Support System from your Oracle POS workstation:

Pre-requisites for this video is to configure the Delivery Zones, Drivers, and to have your AppSuite Plugin updated on your POS to support this version.

The below video will show you how to do the following from the Simphony 2 Workstation:

  • Lookup and attach a customer to the check
  • Lookup and attach an address to the check
  • Lookup and attach a driver to the check

It will also show you how to do the following in the Driver App:

  • Create a new trip
  • Attach orders to a trip
  • Re-arrange orders in a trip
  • Start a trip
  • Get Directions
  • Complete a delivery
  • Complete a trip
