Recipes are a combination of ingredients that make up a menu item or a modifier. Depending on what you want to configure, you can create the recipes for only menu items or items & modifiers.
When adding a new Recipe you should give it a name (for back office use only), serving size, and then link together all the ingredients that make up this recipe.
The next step from here is to link these recipes to a menu item, or a modifier.
