POS Ordering Settings Module

Module located: Business => Menu => POS Ordering Settings

This page will look slightly different depending on what POS you are using. Most of the parameters on this page have descriptions on what they do, to view this you can hover over the "?" icon next to the setting name.

Update Prices - This will schedule a re-sync of your menu items and prices. This may take up to 10 - 15 minutes fo all data to be updated.

Award points when closed on POS - points won't set if the setting is checked and if (isDelivery = true AND delivery_simulated_prepay = true) OR (isNotDelivery = true AND takeout_simulated_prepay = true)

 

The majority of these settings will be configured by an AppSuite Agent during the installation of this plugin.

In the event that you need to disable ordering for you location you should turn off the "ordering ability" setting located in the general setting module. See this article for more details:
