Notifications Template Module

This module should be configured for every location. Below is a description of the following templates

Notification Recipients - This module is used to configure the back office members that will receive emails, texts, and voice calls for applicable templates

Appsuite Notification - This template is no longer used
Drivers app - new password - Sent to a driver when they successfully reset their password from the "Driver App".
Drivers app - Reset password - Sent to a driver when they request a password reset from the "Driver App".
Failed order notification (customer) - Sent to the back office members when an order fails (these recipients are configured in the "Notification Recipients" module)
Failed order notification (owners) - Sent to the customer when an order fails
Free gift card notification - Sent to purchaser of the gift card when they have qualified for the bonus card (ie. Buy $25 card and get $5 for free).
Gift Card Purchase Notification - Sent to the purchaser of the gift card after they completed the purchase FROM THE MOBILE APP.
Gift Card Reload Notification - Sent to the customer when they re-load their gift card from their app.
Order delay warning -  The notifications sent to the back office members when the order hasn't been delivered to the customer for check-in orders (these recipients are configured in the "Notification Recipients" module)
Order Failed To Print in Kitchen Notification - Used only for clients on the MaitreD POS and is sent to the back office members when the order does not print in the kitchen (these recipients are configured in the "Notification Recipients" module).
Order Ready for Pickup user notification - Sent to the customer when the restaurant changes the status of the order to "Ready for pickup" from the CCP or the Loyalty Manager Application.
Owner Negative Survey Notification - Sent to the back office users when a customer leaves a negative survey (these recipients are configured in the "Notification Recipients" module)
Owner New Device Log in attempt Notification - No longer used
Owner Positive Survey Notification - Sent to the back office users when a customer leaves a positive survey (these recipients are configured in the "Notification Recipients" module)
Congratulations! You have received a gift card - Sent to the recipient of the virtual gift card.
Gift card purchase delivery notification - Sent to the purchaser of the gift card when the email was successfully delivered to the recipient.
Thank you for your gift card purchase - The email receipt sent to the purchaser after the purchase a virtual gift card.
Takeout order - Sent tot the customer when they complete an online order.
Transfer Points Receipt - No longer used
User check-in notification - Sent to the restaurant when the customer checks in.
Thank you for dining with us. - Sent to the customer after they have spent money (logged purchase or redeeming an offer/reward).
